 Phyllis and Richie
Ballance started out in the flooring business as
installation sub-contractors. That gives them a big
advantage when it comes to knowing what goes on in the
installation side of this business. That's why having a
well-trained, certified, full-time crew is so important
to them.
 The
pride they have in their business extends to their son,
Justin, who grew up in the business and now handles the
installation of all hard surface flooring. Like the
others, Justin has completed many training courses and
continues to upgrade his knowledge.
